Crossed arms or crossed legs, bad posture, rolling eyes, etc. will be interpreted in a negative way. It sends a message, sometimes without the interviewer even knowing it. Eye contact, open arms and even small words of feedback (yes, I understand . . .) will tell the interviewer you are interested. Body language can speak louder than words.
