Hi
I have been in adult education for over 20 years. One of the skills I try to train individuals is to gain that ability to switch on and off. Particularly when going to interviews, but also in the workplace - we need to be actors really with the ability to switch off any of the negatives in our lives and concentrate on what is important at the time. The key of course is to work on what is positive and carry that throughout the day.
Enjoy your post
thanks

I appreciate the reminder to finding the positive, even when it may not look so positive. I'm chuckling and thankful for these positive memories--of this song, the video, and for you for bringing it to our attention again. You've uplifted me with your thoughts and the visual reminder. Thank you!
