People become flattered and excited when you show an interest in their job tasks and will be more than happy to show you.

Asking questions provides you the opportunity to learn on the job and develop a report with your supervisor at the same time. You will find that you will be considered the go to person for special projects in addition to positioning yourself as the first person’s in line for that next level promotion. Why?
